Another Victory for the NCBC, Religious Liberty, and Freedom of Conscience

As reported by the Associated Press on various news websites, the Federal Appeals Case lodged by Hobby Lobby against the Department of Health and Human Services made some major headway as the company was granted a temporary reprieve from HHS mandated fines for noncompliance; the abeyance of which goes hand-in-hand with the charge from the court that Hobby Lobby be granted more time to proceed in arguing their case for exemption from the unjust Mandates. This is an especially heartening victory for the NCBC, as The Center filed an amicus brief supporting Hobby Lobby in this case. We congratulate Hobby Lobby and applaud its owners for standing their ground thus far.
