Fr. Tad spoke on March 20th, 2019 to the priests of the Diocese of Brownsville, Texas. Approximately 60 priests were present. Also in attendance were Bishops Flores and Aviles. In the first of two talks, Fr. Tad addressed the issue of "End of Life Decision Making." In the second talk, he covered the topic of "Complicated Cases in Pregnancy & the Principle of Double Effect."
